Trump’s gender problem flared again this week as he and Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas traded insults while Cruz’s wife, Heidi, became the target of vitriol on social media from Trump and his supporters. At one point, the real estate mogul retweeted an unflattering image contrasting Heidi Cruz’s appearance with his wife, Melania, a retired model.
“The images are worth a thousand words,” read the caption on the photo that Trump retweeted to his 7.2 million followers. ...WaPo
So, would someone please shut Republican front runner Donald Trump the hell up?
Truth is, both of those broads are born losers or why would they wind up with either Ted Cruz or Donald Trump? But the other side of that truth is the well-known problem Republicans have with women. Result: Republican women are women who act properly, wear middle-aged clothing from their wedding day onward. Republican women chair committees and wear pearls and are the only women encouraged to vote.
Republicans are worried that if their candidates are rude to women, the party will lose. Far as I'm concerned, they can have Hillary. Hil isn't such a long shot for the right. She stacks up pretty well with those pant suits.
Committee chair: check Pearls: surely affordable and available.
So Republicans, get a life! Dump Trump! Lose Cruz! We'd gladly hand Hillary over to the party she grew up in. We prefer a shambling old progressive with real moral stature and politics that are less blatantly self-serving.
