Well ...maybe. But Roberts and Alito look as though they'll be around for a while. The most fragile Supreme Court justice is probably Ruth Ginsberg and even Ginsberg looks hardy. And then we have to contend with the problem that this is a campaign promise, not by any means a guarantee.
