This seems like a poor ending to all that effort.

Still, he has conceded -- which probably means Ohio's Secretary of State won't have to disappear all those valid provisional ballots.

Think about the money spent to insure a Republican win. Will those donors repeat their efforts in 2014 and 2016, or does it look like Citizens United contained the seeds of its own ruin?

After a couple of hours' sleep, I woke up pretty well convinced that the picture we have learned to associate with America -- the all-white family as symbol of our culture -- has finally gone bye-bye.
We have come to understand that we are really a nation of other skin colors, single women, and a variety of relationship and family "life-style" choices. Kind of like normal? Kind of like the rest of the world?
