There is a real history of America lurking out there. You can't find it in the faulty version liberals have forced on our children in public schools. It has taken many righteous conservatives to put together a real true history in recent years. Over time, as Jack Hitt notes in the New Yorker, the real true history has surfaced in the comments of Republican political figures.
For instance: As we all know, or should know, America's revolution began in 1500. It succeeded, evidently. We know that from the numbers of Africans who sailed the Atlantic in search of our freedoms.
Don't look so surprised. Slavery was banned in the Constitution. Later on, however, Africans joined the Confederate army to defend slavery.
Upward and onward to the 20th century.
With a president like that, what can you expect? Well, for starters (ohmygod!), taxation imposed by radical environmentalists.1961: Barack Obama is born, in Africa: “And one thing that I do know is his having grown up in Kenya.”—Mike Huckabee

And that's are just the tip of the iceberg -- the iceberg formed, of course, by global cooling which began in 1999, according to Mary Matalin, conservative commentator.
