The three-judge panel issued its ruling Tuesday morning in San Francisco, upholding a decision by Judge Vaughn R. Walker, who had been the chief judge of the Federal District Court of the Northern District of California but has since retired. California courts have never stood in the way of make believe and fanatsy and that's what gay marriage is. It is a second best imitation of procreative marriages which the radical gay community has been dumping on and undermining for several decades now. There a three compnents to the gay myth. 1. Gay marriage is exactly like heterosexual marriages. 2. The cure for AIDs and the reopening of the bath houses are days away. 3. Gay people are a race, don't you knw, they were born that way, and a gene exists that proves it, even if they have to make one up from the thin air in the "Crack in the Egg". If a person wants to be gay that's their and Cynthia Nixon's choice, God bless you good luck. But don't pass laws that faslely claim gay marriages are the same as heterosexual marriage, and gays are a race deserving special protections, and that every choice they make is determined by genetics. And finally that the gay race is "superior" to everyone else. ...cammo99
That misspelling -- "fanatsy" -- in the first sentence is a great new word, combining the fantasy and fanaticism conservatives have come to embrace. Achtung!
