There are several Republican-run states vying for the title of perpetrating the most outrageous political rip-off of year and Florida is right up there with the "best."
Florida's governor has a healthcare scam going for him. He's fixed it so that whatever the final decision is on health care reform, and it's bound to net Gov. Scott (what is it about people named "Scott" this year?) a nice chunk of change -- to add taxpayer $$ to his millions.
