At this writing, the Dow Jones is, as they say, "flirting" with 12,000. Whether that means anything in the reality most of us live in is another matter. But it wasn't so long ago -- February 2009 -- when we were wallowing in the 6,000's.
I'd like to know who is getting the financial boost we all need, what the spread is.
