... when people on the right do something childish and annoying?
What didn't we learn from the schoolyard? We don't seem to remember that the way to pull down the other side is to ignore them haughtily, as though they'd just pee'd themselves and were giving off a dreadful smell.
Peeing and smelling are very common on the among Republicans when they aren't busy committing other crimes and misdemeanors. This morning they pee'd all over newspapers on the floor that carried the story of Rio's triumph (and Chicago's defeat) in attracting the Olympic games. This is not a major defeat for anybody. Still, the stinky smell of those wet papers got the left all defensive.
Gotta stop doing that. Some of my favorite bloggers are using part of a beautiful, should-be-a-day-off Saturday to get all indignant*. Even Paul Krugman, for cryin' out loud!
In doing so, our reactionaries on the left give more satisfaction to unhygienic right than those incontinent Republicans deserve.
