This time it's a British resident who was picked up in 2002, taken to Morocco and tortured, moved to Bagram and tortured some more, taken to Guantanamo, and finally released a couple of weeks ago to Britain where he was declared by the government to have been "detained unlawfully and incommunicado at the 'dark prison' near Kabul where he was subject to torture or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment by or on behalf of the United States.''
