Overheard on the radio: Sarah Palin is stonewalling an ethics investigation into her dealings with the Alaska state troopers. Her lawyer is trying some interesting tricks to get the whole thing either dragged out or dropped, including threatening intervention on the part of the Secret Service. Secret Service? Yes. There are strong national security considerations here!
Palin's own Anchorage Daily News is going after her with a bat.
