Is obesity at the point on the scale where Governor Chris Christie finds himself a disqualifier for candidacy? Should it be?
There are several issues here, really, and among them: obesity in anyone participating in the health care system, obesity as a social and psychological issue, and obesity in an international leader. A discussion about the issue is warming up here, started by someone who's been through obesity, slimmed down, and lived to tell the tale. Would/should a morbidly obese Obama have made it to the White House?
