Well, the Republican party, in order to assure itself of votes, embraced the tea party back in 2008. It was kind of like adopting an orphan already prepubescent. Kind of cute and fairly useful -- "means well" but is very strong-willed. He's becoming increasingly destructive. Now the kid is getting into his late teens. The neighbor's kids want nothing to do with him. He thinks he right about everything and he wants to take over the household.
Now what? What to do with the bad seed?
