That's the amount outsiders have spent so far in Wisconsin in an effort to keep Scott Walker in power.
John Nichols reported this morning that a bunch of bucks are being spent to persuade local radio stations to carry rightwing radio during the campaign, blanketing northern Wisconsin with pro-Walker talk shows.
Apart from the Walker recall battle, surveys are showing, says Nichols, that Wisconsin is increasingly pro-Obama.

AP just now reports that if the Supreme Court strikes down the Affordable Care Act, it may disable Medicare at the same time -- just in time for seniors to decide who they're going to vote for. Another report this morning shows that doctors are already using ACA provisions -- even before they kick in officially -- to make their practices more efficient and less costly.
