What beats the hell out of me is that the Clinton's are seemingly oblivious to the damage they must be doing to themselves with the superdelegates. That said, at this point it might well have to do more with the fact that they realize she is doomed, and are bitter, rather than any sense of entitlement.

Imagine what would happen if these two embittered, "entitled" people actually reached the White House. And if not, the bitterness of their supporters already appears to be running about as deep as it did after the post Bush/Gore decision in 2000. That's creating yet another chasm in the polity. The Clinton's must recognize that they're doing this. No wonder Richardson got off their train -- though we don't yet know for sure what carrot was offered to Richardson.

treachery? You people have gone totally over the edge. How is it treachery if she already had the nomination sewn up? Your logic is completely flawed. Might be annoying, but how could he betray her if she's on an unstoppable path to win? That's the trouble with Obama's vitriol toward Clinton. And his penchant for smearing Bill will backfire. Obama no longer has any moral high ground and he's calling moronic names in regard to a president who's political history renders Obama's labels idiotic.

In light of the fact that Obama's minister trashed the Clintons in an entirely inappropriate way, I'm not sure what Obama thinks he has to gain here. Of course his die-hard fans will love to hear this swill, but the white folks who are already offended by Rev. Wright will just get their fury pushed to a higher level. Did someone (Dan Schuster) say "amateurish" campaign?
