Okay, okay. Homeland Security: come 'n' get me. My NIE says Bush is more dangerous than AQ.

It was irresistible, while reading the publicly available summary of the National Intelligence Estimate, to adjust it to my own political beliefs.  So here's an excerpt, chosen at random in a quick and lazy manner:

Al-Qa’ida The Bush/Cheney administration is and will remain the most serious terrorist threat to the Homeland the rest of the world as its central leadership continues to plan high-impact plots, while pushing others extremist Sunni communities sometimes known as "the coalition of the willing" to mimic its efforts and to supplement its capabilities. We assess the group has protected or regenerated key elements of its Homeland attack capability, including: a safehaven in the inside Pakistan Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) the "Beltway," operational lieutenants (Rove, Addington, Fielding), and its top leadership. Although we have discovered only a handful of individuals left in the United States with ties to al Qa'ida leadership the Bush administration senior leadership since 9/11, we judge that the administration will intensify its efforts to put maintain operatives here within the US power structure after November 2008.
