Questions

Are you as sickened as I am by 1) the plight of Iraqi refugees, now numbering 2 million, of which "fewer than 500 have been resettled in the United States since the invasion -- aid officials and human rights activists say the United States and other Western nations are focused on reconstructing Iraq while ignoring the war's human fallout"? 2) the reception of President Bush yesterday by the Democrats -- including baby kissing and loud cheers when he chose to not mispronounce their party's name?  3) the insistence of the White House on sending more troops into chaos in Iraq even when the "plan" doesn't even have the confidence of its  authors? 4) the situation in Afghanistan where Bush is responsible for even more lies, deaths, and failure in that increasingly hopeless country? and 5) millions of Americans spending millions of dollars to make themselves feel powerful and righteous even as they are part of the system causing 1, 2, 3, and 4?
