Tom's gone (sort of), but does money machine remain?

Paul Kiel, at Daily Muckraker, asks the practical questions.  

What will Republicans -- who've gotten money for their own campaigns from DeLay's special fund -- do now?  Will they give the money back?  How many of them are going down with DeLay as the Justice Department and Ronnie Earle get closer to indictments?
